DOCTOR IN DERMATOLOGY AND VENEROLOGY since 1976. Dr. Gabriel Serrano is one of the most prestigious dermatologists in the world. He has more than 45 years of experience and has treated nearly 50,000 patients, being a pioneer in solutions for vitiligo and skin cancer. In fact, Dr. Serrano has been named chairman of the upcoming World Vitiligo Day 2024. He currently has medical clinics and skin centers in Madrid, Barcelona, Dubai, Bayahibe and Bogota, in addition to the first one he opened in Valencia in the late 1970s.
In 1989 he founded Sesderma and Mediderma laboratories, in response to the lack of dermatological products that existed in those years, becoming one of the fathers of today’s dermocosmetics. In addition, it is a pioneer in the use of nanotechnology in the development and manufacture of dermatological products and dietary supplements, making Sesderma one of the most innovative laboratories with a presence in more than 85 countries around the world. The group currently has the Sesderma, Mediderma, Sophieskin and Dr. Serrano brands, in addition to the third-party manufacturing division Dermopartners.
Currently, Dr. Gabriel Serrano is dedicated to research and medicine, actively participating in international congresses and forums, giving symposiums, master classes and medical training. He is the author of more than 400 publications in national and international scientific journals.

Now the Dr. Gabriel Serrano Sanmiguel Foundation has just been born in the Dominican Republic, a non-profit organization that promotes the improvement of health and education for the Dominican people without resources and that counts on the support of the Gabriel Serrano Medical Clinic of Bayahibe, whose sanitary personnel goes out to the fields of the region to attend free of charge one day a week to sick people who cannot even pay the transport to a medical center. He also collaborates in Mexico with the Carmen Sánchez Foundation, which treats women who are victims of male chauvinist acid attacks, and sponsors various training scholarships for young Latin American doctors.
